A Marine Base, or a Marine Home Base (海軍基地Kaigun Kichi?)[1] is a home headquarters in local areas of the sea. Marines would stay in the base and patrol the local area. The base houses all weapons, ships, important documents, and artillery. The bases have living quarters with bunkbeds and a kitchen and common area. Most bases have numbers. Some bases are attached to major port cities, and thus bear only the city's name. Of the bases with numbers, these seem to be either Marine Branches (海軍支部Kaigun Shibu?)[2] or the larger Marine Grand Line Branches (海軍G•L 支部Kaigun Gurando Rain Shibu?)[3] The latter term is often shortened to a G before the branch number.

Jul 15, 2013 What if Luffy had become a marine? Do you think he has a big position on marine? I know sometimes or most of the time Luffyis dumb, but when he is fighting he can find a way to beat his enemy no matter how strong he is. Not unless if oda set the story as a marine fighting bad pirates. In one piece story. Oda made marines and world.
